Pricing is provided by custom quote. Advertising spend, domain or hosting costs, third-party subscriptions, and other expenses are included only when expressly stated in the proposal. Payment schedules, renewals, cancellation, and refund terms must be set out in the applicable service agreement before purchase.

AI receptionist services handle incoming calls according to the agreed plan and configuration. Setup fees, monthly fees, included minutes, extra usage, languages, transfers, notifications, and calendar integrations vary by plan and provider. The service is not represented as unlimited or free of interruption.

AI responses can be inaccurate or incomplete. Clients must supply accurate approved information, review the setup, and maintain a suitable human follow-up process. AI call-handling settings, disclosure, recording or transcription permissions, and data arrangements must be reviewed for the intended use before launch. The receptionist is not an emergency service or a substitute for qualified professional advice.

Search visibility, campaign performance, calls, bookings, and sales depend on many factors, including the market, budget, offer, and third-party platforms. GrowOrbit Digital does not guarantee search rankings, leads, revenue, or a specific return on investment.

Clients should provide materials and account access they are authorized to use. Ownership of project deliverables, licenses, handover, and ongoing account access are specified in the service agreement. Third-party tools, templates, fonts, images, and platforms may have their own license terms.
